Call Center Agents Required!

Candidate Requirement: 

• Professional CV with signatures and referees in place 
• Ability to work day shift or night shift as per the Company requirement
• Fluency in spoken English and Sinhalese is a must while knowing Tamil is a bonus
• Candidates with experience in a functioning call center will be rated higher
• Punctual and conscientious with a pleasant voice and demeanor 

Compensation:

Day Shift : 9AM - 6PM

• 130/- per hour worked : Call Center 
• 180/- per hour worked : Dispatcher

Night Shift : 6PM - 3AM

• 150/- per hour worked : Call Center 
• 200/- per hour worked : Dispatcher 

*All Dispatchers will be required to have 3-6 months of Call Center training at the Company
