1. This promotion is open to all primary and supplementary Credit Cards issued by the National Development Bank PLC.

2. Cardholder should pay the total bill via NDB Good Life credit card to be eligible for the offer.

3. The eligibility on the discount would be applicable for minimum transaction amount of LKR 2,000/-.

4. Maximum discount is LKR 1,000 per card/per day. Only one transaction is allowed per card per day.

5. Maximum quantity of 3Kg or 3 products of each item /per day.

6. Offer cannot be linked with any other existing offers, Gift vouchers, Tobacco, pharmaceuticals, Liquor and online transactions

7. If any dispute arises regarding any of the Terms & Conditions contains herein, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

8. The savings will be applicable on the marked / tagged price of the product offered for sale by the service establishment & the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items, pre -orders & purchases of gift vouchers.

9. In the event the Bank observe /deduce that the offer has been misused to obtain financial gain through commercial means the derived discount will be reverse back to the respective cardholders account.

10. e - Commerce transactions will not be eligible for the promotion.

11. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.

12. NDB Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services purchased during the promotional period, since the Bank is not the supplier of such goods and services.

13. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this Promotion and/or features of this Promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
