1. This offer is valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Cardmembers.
2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa or Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Card.
3. The offer is valid only for payments made to Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), Lanka Electricity Company (LECO) and National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB) via Partner Website, SABS facility, PayEasy and at the Partner Location.
4. Payments through any other channels will not be eligible for the promotion.
5. This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
6. The minimum transaction value should exceed Rs. 2,500/- in order to be eligible for the promotion.
7. A maximum of 3 transactions per Cardholder will be eligible during the promotion.
8. In order to enjoy the promotion, Cardholder should reach us by calling 011 2 300 604 and provide the name/s of the merchant/s and the value/s of such transaction/s detail/s within 14 days of the transaction date.
9. Until the customer request is received and the transaction is converted by the Bank, any interest already charged on account of the transaction will not be reversed.
10. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
11. Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.
12. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards, Ultramiles loyalty points and "Cash Back" for Sampath Bank American Express® Everyday Credit Cardmembers.
13. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/ services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Merchant and any claim by the Cardholder against the Merchant will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
14. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank and Partners shall apply.
15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
