06 months 0% Interest Extended Settlement Plans for transactions made at any local Hospital for Sampath Bank Credit Cards

Terms & Conditions 

1. The offer is valid for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders and Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Cardmembers.
2. In order to enjoy the promotions, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa or a Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Card.
3. This offer is not valid for purchasing of Gift Vouchers and non-discountable items.
4. This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
5. The minimum bill value should exceed Rs. 25,000/- in order to be eligible for the 06 months 0% Interest Extended Settlement Plan.
6. The cumulative value of the transactions should not exceed Rs. 500,000/-.
7. A maximum of 3 transactions per Cardholder will be eligible during the promotion.
8. In order to enjoy the promotion, Cardholder should reach us by calling 011 2 300 604 and provide the name/s of the merchant/s and the value/s of such transaction/s detail/s within 14 days of the transaction date.
9. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
10. Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.
11. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
12. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards, Ultramiles loyalty points and "Cash Back" for Sampath Bank American Express® Everyday Credit Cardmembers.
13. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank PLC and the partner shall apply.
14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
15. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
