Call Center Officer (Female - Work from Home)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Handling of Customer Calls in an efficient and professional manner
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Addressing queries about the company's product and services
• Making outbound calls for promotional activities
• Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Sound educational background with good G.C.E 0/L results
• Able to work long hours and weekends
• Prior experience in a similar preferred but not a must.
• Basic communication skills (Should speak English with Sinhalese and/or Tamil being an added advantage)
• Knowledge on software packages such as Microsoft word, excel, and outlook is an advantage
