Confirmation and payment terms 

• A 50% Advance is a must to secure the booking. 
• Final bill settlement must be made to the hotel By said Credit Card up on Arrival.
• Card holder must stay.
•  5 rooms only per card can be booked
• Final Count to be confirmed three days prior to event after that any decrease in count cannot accepted.
• Advance Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
• The hotel does not accept cheques as a method of payment. 
• Rooms will be reserved on first come first serve basis.
