We practice Hatha and Vinyasa YOGA which supports to cure women health issues such as menstruation, obesity (weight/fat loss), arthritis, pressure, blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, depression, managing stress, anti aging and more.

The classes are for all ages and ability. Asanas are practiced on YOGA mats or on a chair.
