Very bad customer service! Very bad customer service! Please avoid using this kind of sites! Its almost two weeks and they haven't solved a very simple issue. It is listing product with incorrect information and once customers returned it, they will reject it with invalid reasons. Its not allowing to customers to put real user reviews. When I submitted bad user review on a product, they have rejected it.

My Name is Sanjeewa H Bandara I have ordered a smart watch from DARAZ approximately a month ago This is my order number Your order # 201403614196866 But I have received the a wrong Modle , immediately I have tried to cancel the order by the app and website , but they never allows to do that , as that page is not opening , ( it’s a trick of them , as when the client might forget after so many tries ) And then I managed to contact the hotline and they send me a email asking my account details to refund the money , after that so many days , time to time they contacted me but my still my money has not been refunded and stuff also not been collected I strongly advice public to stay away form DARAZ Sri Lanka as they are unable to fulfill customers requirements It’s 1000 times better to walk in to a shop and buy even if you spend little more
